Integer Search Algorithm: A New Discrete Multi-Objective Algorithm for Pavement Maintenance Management Optimization

چکیده

Optimization techniques keep road performance at a good level using cost-effective maintenance strategy. Thus, the trade-off between cost and is multi-objective function. This paper offers new stochastic algorithm for discrete variables, which called integer search (ISA). applied to an optimal pavement management system (PMMS), where variables are discrete. The PMMS optimization can be achieved by maximizing condition of with minimum specified constraints, so constrained problem. ISA genetic (GA) improve rating (PCR) in developing countries, annual budget limited, three years’ scheduled. Study results revealed that produced solution multi-function objectives better than GA.
